The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hiring officials whether at a facility, MSP, VMS or Association. The Account Manager will submit candidates with urgency, follow up on submittals with urgency and communicate offers to recruiters and compliance.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Outcomes
Relationship building with client reps / account managers
Taking immediate action on candidate matches from SF matching
Daily evaluation of Hot candidates, and making matches that are not obvious
Marketing hot candidates to your client reps and account managers
Make all submittals immediately…. (those not done by assistants)
Follow up on all submittals to encourage interviews on a daily basis
Work to offer client increased assignment duration on offers…. 26 weeks plus.
Develop a thorough understanding of state licensing for clients, even develop relationships with key state lic board personnel
Assist compliance communications and post placement relations, become expert at clients’ compliance requirements and assist with that knowledge at submittal/close/onboarding/etc.
Screen candidates prior to submittal and prior to confirming placements
Communicate with candidates if recruiter is unavailable
Receive, Complete, Approve and Send FDI to recruiters for all new starts.
Coordinate with Recruiting RAs to initiate text blasts / recruiting campaigns focused on candidates for strategic clients’ needs.
Utilize job applicant and companywide submittal reporting to pursue applicants for clients’ needs
Coordinate with and train with AMA for assistance with clerical tasks
The following items will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, quarter-over-quarter improvement is expected.

Education, Certifications & Experience
2-4 years as a healthcare account manager or recruiter preferred
Knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Word and computer applications in general
Thorough communicator and genuinely enjoys people
Excellent problem solver, inquisitive and sound listener
Ambitious and articulate self-starter with an exceptional work ethic
Strong organizational abilities
Able to establish and maintain effective relationships throughout the organization as well as with clients
Has the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Has a highly energetic and goal oriented personality
Knowledge of how to use social media effectively
