About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Recruitment, Nurse & Allied to lead and scale a high-performing recruitment organization. This leader will drive performance, develop talent, and ensure an exceptional experience for both clinicians and clients.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for delivering on aggressive growth targets while building a culture rooted in accountability, development, and service excellence.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop Talent: Build, coach, and elevate a team of 15–20 recruiters, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous growth
Drive Financial Performance: Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance outcomes, ensuring recruitment activity aligns with revenue and margin goals
Deliver Service Excellence: Ensure best-in-class customer service standards for both clinicians and clients
Optimize Profitability: Guide negotiation strategies that balance clinician satisfaction with organizational margin objectives
Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leadership on compensation models, processes, technology enhancements, and talent development
Scale What Works: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement best practices across the recruitment function
What You Bring
5+ years of leadership experience within the healthcare staffing industry
3–5 years leading diverse sales and/or recruitment teams
Experience working within a Salesforce ATS
Proven ability to drive consistent financial results
Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Strategic mindset with execution focus
