The Account Coordinator will be responsible for the daily communication with assigned clients whether at a facility, MSP, VMS or Association.  The Account Coordinator will follow up on submittals with urgency and communicate updates and offers to recruiters and compliance.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Outcomes  

  • Relationship building with client reps / account managers at assigned clients 

  • Follow up on all submittals to encourage interviews 

  • Document all updates in SF, and communicate updates to the recruiter 

  • Encourage increased assignment duration at offer…. 26 weeks plus 

  • Assist compliance communications and post placement relations, become expert at clients’ compliance requirements, and assist with that knowledge at submittal/close/onboarding/etc. 

  • Assess client responsiveness, engagement, and usage to identify potential strategic accounts. 

  • Receive, Complete, Approve and provide first day instructions to the recruiters for all starts  

  • Coordinate with and train AMA for assistance with clerical tasks specific to assigned clients 

  • Escalate problem solving, conflict resolution with client to the assigned AM 

  • The following items will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, quarter over quarter improvement is expected: 

  • -Headcount, -Submittals, -Placements, -Cancellations. -Revenue, -Sub to Fill Ratio 


Education, Certifications & Experience 

  • Knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Word and computer application 

  • Thorough communicator and genuinely enjoys people 

  • Excellent problem solver, inquisitive and sound listener 

  • Ambitious and articulate self-starter with an exceptional work ethic 

  • Strong organizational abilities 

  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships throughout the organization as well as with clients 

  • Has the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. 

  • Has a highly energetic and goal oriented personality 

  • Knowledge of how to use social media effectively
